Summary

If you want to find the fastest way to lose weight, you've come to the right place. Finding the best diet has never been harder, which is mostly due to the fact that the diet industry is one of the most unscrupulous industries in the world. You've probably seen plenty examples of that everywhere you look. Does this sound familiar? Lose 50 pounds in 2 weeks. Find out this one simple trick to lose 40 pounds overnight that was discovered by a 50 year old mom that the diet industry doesn't want you to know about. Tricks like this are very common online. But the big diet companies are no different. How many times have you watched a commercial where some celebrity claims to have lost a ton of weight thanks to this magic product? The reality is that all of those celebrities have personal chefs, personal trainers, and everything in between to make sure they lose the weight...and since they aren't doing the ad for free, you can bet they have a pretty big financial incentive to lose weight.

The reality is that the key to losing weight is simple, improve your diet and excersize. All you have to do is burn more calories than you take in, and you'll lose weight in no time flat. You can eat the most disgusting, unhealthiest, foods on the planet, but if you pair that up with excersize and small portions, you can lose weight even with that.

Now some diet plans, do work. No, not by giving you some magic formula, but by balancing your meals for you, so instead of cooking yourself that usually ends up in left overs, you just eat the prepped food.

One of the better ones in this department is Weight Watchers. Since they take care of all that stuff for you and make sure to give you the properly sized portions. You'll find it surpisingly easy to lose weight when you don't have a fridge full of leftovers calling your name.

Value
The prices between all the programs are pretty similar. Dieting programs tend to make their money off casual dieters, people who just browse and get the kick in the pants that this program just might work. So everything is priced very similar. Just high enough to make you think it's a quality product, but not high enough to make you think. They want to make sure it's an impulse buy.
The Good
The key ingredients of a good diet is two fold. One, it shouldn't require a lot of effort on your part. If you have to spend 2 hours each day cooking...sooner or later you'll quit. That's what makes weight watchers so good, is because they cook for you. The second ingredient is that it needs to be tasty enough for you to stick to it. That's one of the biggest reasons people quit diets is because they get tired eating nothing but salad.
The Bad
The only bad part about the weight watchers program is that in some areas it's too loose. With the points system you can always justify straying from the right path. And there is always the added expense...which might seem like a lot on it's own, but once you subtract what you'd spend on regular food it tends to break even.
